I'm Brandon Morris and I'm a creative person. I'm graduating May 2010 from
SCAD-Atlanta with a B.F.A. in Motion Graphics. My talents include filming,
editing, design, and also photography, drawing, and painting.
I was born and raised in the Atlanta area and during my summers I lived at
Lake Sinclair. When I was a kid I loved to draw and paint, this influenced me
into graphic design. My brother and I used to take our dad’s video camera
and VCR to make movies with our toys, that’s possibly what influenced me
into filming and editing.
I attended the Atlanta College of Art my freshman year before it merged with
SCAD. While at ACA I was chosen to participate in the last annual video show
with my short, klepto. At SCAD, I've made the Dean's List numerous times.
Before college, I won many awards for small video and fine art competitions.
My team's 2009 48 Hour Film Project entry, Escape, won The Audience Award.
Through my internships and jobs, I've worked with design for print, web, and
television. I've had several years experience with High Defition workflows, from
planning to production to completion. I have a wealth of camera experience
from the Panasonic HVX-200 and HPX-170 to Canon and Nikon DSLRs, as well
as 35mm still photography.
I love to travel and I'm a electronic geek.
